Oh wow K Klao,

Select 1136 is on my list really, but K Wonder never managed to offer me a demo 1136.
It would be great if I can try it if you don't mind. Pls let me know how to contact you. May be PM.
Thanks a lot.

I had the KS1116 before going to the unbalanced version and loved it!!! Detailed and smooth. It even looks incredible.

The Ag/Cu hybrid version is a lot more affordable than the pure silver version.

I could only afford them 2nd-hand (from AudiogoN, actually). I don't think K Wonder have the KS1136 in stock; they only carry the older KS1130.

Sure, I'll be happy to let you try krub. Please e-mail me at klao@alumni.duke.edu .

This has been a totally interesting thread, and a statement to the journey we all seek. Congrats on some magnificent speakers, and a wonderful system!
Regards,
Jim

TOGA just read Robert Harley report on the Q7. I'm selling my speakers tomorrow and getting the Q7. Congratulation awesome speaker. Just remember keep the jet right side up.

Hi, congrats..

The only thing I worried about Q7 now is that the fragile tweeters are at high risk of being damaged, and
Seem impossible to be repaired on site.
Also there is no owner manual , paper or digital for these expensive speakers
However here is unpacking instruction

Any tweeters are fragile. Yes, what I afraid of is that one day something may make contact with them.

I better make something to cover front of speakers when not in use.

You are already lucky to have dedicated audio room. I just wish Magico offer protection grille (that can be easily taken off).

Magico is also not systematic in providing user manuals. There is one for Q3 but nothing for S5.
