Though only 70 pairs will made I hope someone orders a pair in piano black. The contrast between the black and aluminum frame would make for an interesting contrast to see. It would look more work of art than speaker.

Like I stated earlier, would not be surprised if the next XLF replacement looks like a scaled down WAMM.

I like how the number keeps going up Daryl told me it would be 50 pairs just a few months ago. There must be a lot of interest, which is shocking considering the price. I bet they are freaking magical, and magic ain't cheap.

I suspect it's hard to be Dave Wilson and have retailers coming to you and tell you they have a buyer, just please make them a pair.

Not so sure many of the first owners will be discussing their experiences in public forums. Probably will be too busy listening to music.

The first pair was installed the first week of April. The second will be installed in early May.

The original number was to be 53, the same number as the original WAMM. It was expanded to 70 before anyone outside the factory ever heard the Master Chronosonic. Why? There are a number of Wilson owners who listen to multi-channel music and who will want more than one pair.

There is a process for buying WAMMs. All that have been sold have have followed this process and have been sold by current Wilson dealers and distributors. We do not expect that to change.

Marc, when you saw Daryl last fall, the number was indeed 53. It was changed to 70 very shortly thereafter to accommodate potential owners who might want more than one pair for multi-channel music.

Can you imagine a multi-channel WAMM?
