I totally concur to the author's evaluation of the factory. I have been to Accuphase, but only got as far as the customer waiting area where they served me tea and conversed with staff. I have been in contact via email and they always return my email within a day and welcome me back. Matter of fact, i will visit the place on Monday. Looking forward to seeing the guys and hoping to be brought in for my own tour.
