Absolutely.

Keep Daylight Savings Time all year.

I don't need sun in the morning. I like some daylight in the evening when I finish work.

Personally, Standard Time, Daylight Savings Time... I don't care which- and can adopt my schedule to either. Just stop changing the damn thing. It's the change that messes me up.

I just would the time shift how they used to be back in the day when it made more sense. This time of the year in the NW it is very dark at 7:30 still, if it was pushed back 3 weeks it would be more balanced.

There have been many studies and articles about the time change disrupting the biological clock with negative effects. As to actual savings people still use lights in the morning whether the clock is changed or not.

Bob.......Yep, I'll be adjusting clocks all over the house tonight, the barn, my shop, Marelene's shop, wrist watches. It's a pain in the butt.

I do like the extra hour of daylight in the evenings, but it will probably take me a week to get my body clock acclimated to the time change. Sure wish the government would leave the time at Daylight Savings year round. There is no reason to keep doing this constant twice yearly time adjustment.
