The electrician has not been by yet to do an estimate. I have used him before. He always quotes lower than another subcontractor I've used, and does better work.

My current outlets for the stereo are three-prong. This is an 85 year old house. We only just got rid of the last of the knob and tube wiring in the basement a couple years ago.

But I wasn't joking about the outlets. They are really good.

BTW i use a PS Audio outlet on my basement network rack and have used them at another house on my dedicated lines and they are WAY better than the hospital grade, Hubble stuff.....
