I may get shot down for this, but with my 804S's, I am using Vintage Audio Lab's King Cables. They are an eBay seller from Taiwan. I have been very satisfied with the way they have opened up my speakers. The midrange really came alive with them.

On my current system, I'm using Transparent Ultra's to good effect. Sound is not bloated or hot up top, just really to my liking.

Another cable I tried to good effect with the 802's are AQ Comet. Slightly biased to a richer midrange, very very enjoyable if that's your thing.

On the newish 804D the Nordost Heimdall bi-wire speaker cable work a treat, as well a looking super trick. A weeks home audition was interesting, the difference being so significant I didn't bother swapping back to my vdh Breeze. The dynamics and bass presentation were so well presented in a coherent controlled way it has had long lasting appeal.

Given the positive of the Nordost speaker cable I then tried (few weeks home audition) an interconnect cable upgrade to the reasonably expensive Nordost Frey (balanced xlr) - and it was a let down as I was expecting perfectune. Bass and mid were good, speed was very fast, sound stage a bit narrow, BUT the tizz or wiiish on the treble, most noticeable on cymbals, was over the top and unacceptable on my system. It seemed to be a design feature and the tizz emphasis even overwhelmed other sounds trying to come through. The more I ran the cables in, the more the cymbals tizzed, so this time weren't for me.

I use cardas Golden Reference power cords, balanced interconnects and speaker cables (two pairs of full range cables for an external biwire setup) for my B&W 803D.

I did not try very much cables in the past (interconnects: Audioquest Colorado -very good!- and Sky , MIT Shotgun S3, Oyaide Tunami Terzo XLR and RCA; speaker cables : Audioquest Gibraltar, Nordost Blue Heaven, Oyaide Tunami II, Oyaide OR800B; power cords: Oyaide Tunami GPX and GPX-R Beryllium -very good-), but Cardas are really the best I experienced with my speakers.

Sweet, musical, rich but neutral at the same time; they provide a deep and rich bass, wonderful voices, sweet (but not rolled off) highs, very good focus and soundstage widht.

B&W are "monitor" speakers, I think they need the typical Cardas musicality.

and personally I would stay away from silver with the diamond tweeter.
Very bad experience with Audioquest Sky (silver conductors) and Oyaide Tunami Terzo interconnects and Tunami II speaker cables (rhodium/silver connectors): very cold sounding.

DCCA is a one man operation located in New England. Don Ostrander is the owner. The company name changed recently to DCCA Power Cords.

He uses Audiogon for many of his sales. You can find his products listed there by doing a search for DCCA.

Great cables, fair prices, and good guy to deal with for your cabling needs.

I use Straightwire Cresendo II. Really like Straightwire and have always been happy with the products I have had from them.. Unfortunately they don't seem to be getting the attention they, in my opinion, deserve.
