Default c2500?

saw a demo unit at a great price, no box or remote unfortunately. i know some shy away from units with an outdated dac but any issues with the product? like i've hoped for every piece of equipment that has come and gone, would this last me until i'm dead?

All I can say is I love my C2500. I don't use the DAC, but for 2 channel music it is an amazing piece of gear!

Don't worry about the DAC. IF the DAC gets really outdated, simply add an external one.

"would this last me until i'm dead?"
Depends upon how old you are

If you liked the sound and the price is good for you, just do it!

Go for it.

I LOVE mine, forget about the DAC being outdated in the future.

Agreed. Treat the DAC as a bonus. If you use it, great. If you find the DAC becomes outdated, just get the latest & greatest DAC and continue to enjoy the C2500 as the fine analog preamp that it is.
