Do mean you are ordering the new REF 750's or are you just confirming they are replacing the 610's?

Default Just confirming.

I hear in 6 weeks they will be shipping, replacing the 610s.

I have the REF 250s and love them. I have no desire to replace them and they drive my Nola Baby Grands wonderfully.

Woww.... Wanna know the MSRP of Ref 750... Hope it will not exceed $45,000..
Now that welding machine will have analog power meter in place of green dot matrix too I guess.

I hope the form factor of the Ref 750s is better than that of the Ref 610s. I hated the looks of the 610s.

Hi, if u were considering the D'agostino at 44k for 300w, surely 50k for 750 tube watts should be within reach!

Dafos,

The Dan D'Agostino Momentum monoblock amps are USD 45,000 (excluding the stands which I believe may go for an additional USD 1,500-2,000, pending final pricing on Dan's side).

That being said, for some folks, USD 5,000 does make a difference depending on how they value money, regardless of whether they have tons of it or not.

For me, if I felt something did not deserve a dollar more even though the additional premium may be 'peanuts' to me, then I would not buy it.

But that's just me.

Anyway, I'm sure TOGA has his own set of perfectly logical & valid reasons for feeling that an additional USD 5,000 is 'out of his reach'.

Philip
