Default Replacement ribbon cable

I've got a deteriorated Lamp PC Board ribbon cable and was advised by McIntosh Service Dept to unsolder the ribbon socket from the Power Supply PCB and use new `wires.´

What is a good replacement cable type for the old AMP ribbons that are NLA? Also any specific methods of installation? i.e. sleeves, bundles, etc?

TIA,

-Gregory
