The free world is under attack.
Let us all keep on fighting for freedom, love and respect.

I feel for you, Bart. It's difficult to live with this constant threat.

Here is an interesting take on "Why Terrorists Keep Succeeding in France"

This is getting completely out of control! Nothing but the utmost condemnation for such cowardly and insane actions! Thoughts with the victims and their families and the French people.

Depraved, barbaric, horrific...and senseless.

If there's any justice at all, one can only hope a special place in hell is reserved for these cockroaches.

Carlos, it is everywhere.
Don't forget Orlando, Brussels, Turkey,...

As I'm writing, there is a coup going on in Turkey, as happened in Egypt a while ago.
I don't think that violence will stop hatred, it will only breed more violence.
But I do believe we have to stop priests that preach hatred, whether in mosques or churches.
We have been too tolerant to people spreading seeds of terrorism.

For better or worse, free speech is a protected right under the First Amendment of the US Constitution although I completely sympathize with the sentiments behind your position.

I'm not so much worried about hatred for it is merely an emotion.

I DO have a problem with action however - particularly that which results in harm to or slaughter of innocent lives, regardless of the motivation behind it.

Nothing is accomplished except to spread more hate. Very sad. Will be doing our small part by spending several days in Nice next spring. Can't let the terrorists win thru fear.
