As an early adopter of Qobuz, it is my preference but still subscribe to Tidal.

Music formats that isolate listeners have not fully figured out how to cross over to the full extent of listeners, broadening the spectrum allows music to touch all.

I am not opposed to any genre, and if you look hard enough you will find what you believe could not be true.

Variety is experience!

I have Tidal and Qobuz. I still prefer Pandora's user experience, I always find new tracks every time I listen, even if it sounds like schitt. They mix genres better IME.

Many thanks to all your responses. Tidal has some good music for sure. However, I feel better trying Qobuz and making a determination of them.

There is so much great music available now, I can live with missing out on a few recordings that I might be asked to play by a guest.

Today I added about 400 songs to my Q - Playlists. There is a gitch in Q. Sometimes - but not always - the songs you add to a Q Playlist don't show up until you completely exist out of Q and then go back into it. Once you do this it works, but it still a major inconvenience. PS: Out of app 400 files only 1 wasn't in Q.

T seems to have the advantage over Q, in that it warns you if you are going to add a duplicate track to a Playlist. IMO, Q needs to add this.

As far as sound IMO, Q is a little better. I've been living in my friend's place while he's out of town until ours is ready - a couple of weeks to go. I've been listening to his system with T for weeks - and Q seems to sound better on normal tracks. On T's MQA vs Q Hi Res I haven't been able to discern a difference yet. However, it's only been a couple of days. I'll pull out my friend's HiFiMAN Susvara Headphones and check it more closely tomorrow.

When I finish transferring over files, I will drop T permanently.
