It is a sweet rig Badger, thanks! Both the HD800's and the Vandersteen's really shine.

Thanks Mat.....I am very pleased with it. The Vinyl in the basement is getting used for the first time in 25 years!

Gorgeous setup...congrats!
I myself got my Scout few weeks ago, on Mothers Day(wonder what Fathers Day will bring, lol). I have been drooling for a VPI for some time, and I was not disappointed!
I was using a Dynavector 10x4 MKII, off my JA Michell Focus One table, and it sounded great. I just purchased a Soundsmith Zephyr, and it made a huge improvement. I cannot believe how great this table is, definitely one of the best investments in audio.
Enjoy yours in great health!

I enjoy it as often as possible. I had the 180 Gram version of Supertramp Crime of the Century queued up and it was the best I have heard that album. I have been listening to it for 40 years! Great stuff.

That's a great album. I haven't heard it in a long time, since on cassette in the car, lol.
Spinning MFSL Roy Orbison's all time greatest hits right now, the more I listen, the more I love this table!
