Received my 65ZT60 3 days ago. It is one of the last units in my province.

Has the usual plasma buzz and very faint fan noise, which my 65VT30 also has. Other than that, it is awesome. Running slides now and will get it professionally calibrated next year.

Congrats! Hope you enjoy your ZT60 as much as I enjoy mine.

I have a 1-2 year old 46GT50. So I can't really justify a VT/ZT60, even though they are meant to be quite a bit better. Believe me, I've tried to convince myself )

I've always prefered plasmas over LCDs, but 2 things about mine that really bug me:

That plasma buzz (increases wih brightness) and, less annoyingly, the screen reflections (e.g. no chance of having a wall light behind me). I think I'll hold out for the OLEDs: current UK price of a Samsung 55" is £7k. If Panny produce a 55" 4k OLED next year for under £5k... it's mine!

I am on the same generation - a 60ST50 which I got last Christmas.

I am also a little distracted at times by the reflection during the day though it isn't a big issue for night time viewing. My old 42" LCD TV in the same spot never had an issue in the past.

Black levels are good and a quick calibration gets pretty good colours (and I have not heard any buzzing on my set).

I guess I will hold out for passive 3D 4k units with as good black levels and contrast as my current panny, and with as good motion performance (I think that's been an issue with LCD panels). Not sure how good OLEDs are in these areas.

I never knew TV responds so favourably to high quality power cord / conditioner / cable.

My 2 years old VT30 hooked to a Shindo Mr. T + Furutech HDMI cable has a better overall image than my ZT60 so far. The VT30 feels more refined. The image looks more stable. The ZT60 has lots of image noise and fuzziness compared to the VT30. Wow. Time to invest in some high end power cord and conditioner.

Tommy... If you ever have a chance try a Flux-50 on your display; your jaw will drop!

Bought a 54" G25 (TC-P54G25) a few years back and love it. It's too bad they are stopping them. I will stay with plasma when mine craps out as well.

I bought the 65ST60 płasma last month. The picture quality is simply superb. The thing that impressed me the most was the smoothness (fluidity) of image movement. Absolutely zero image jitter. That is something Kuros can only dream of.

Mine is two years old, now. Not time yet to get another. By the time I'm ready it'll probably be too late. Makes me wonder what I will go after next. I've been a loyal fan of the Panasonic plasma for years. Darn!
