I'll add this one bit of interesting fact here... We in the USA drink more fluoridated water than the rest of the developed nations combined. Studies have shown that there is absolutely no difference in tooth decay between those who drink fluoridated water and those who do not while using toothpaste.
There is however one little fact... Fluoridated water has shown to "calcify" the pineal gland... What's the big deal you say? Well, it's only that the pineal gland while being the size of only a grain of rice, this tiny gland plays an essential role in how we sleep, perform, make decisions, and perceive reality. As well as the fact that a calcified pineal gland has shown to decrease empathy towards others as well as a host of other side effects such as decreased production of melatonin and early puberty in females. Take whatever you want out of that but a zombified, apathetic crowd sure lends itself to all kinds of control. Last edited by PHC1; 02-08-2019 at 01:46 PM. |

Naivety Lack of knowledge of history regarding the will and desire of small groups of people to control and regulate the lives of the masses. Freedom of action, speech and ultimately thought has been rare through history. The founding fathers of the USA doubted that the limits that they placed upon the powers of government would or could last more than one generation.

Quote:
U.S. was not founded as a democracy. Leaving out all those who originally were unable to vote (slaves, women, men without property in many states), the founders created a republic. A republic is a system in which voters do not govern directly, but select representatives to speak for them. Last edited by PHC1; 02-08-2019 at 02:03 PM. |

A constitutional republic. There is supposed to be adherence to a founding set of principles and legislation was intended to constrained by the constitution.

Liked your "rant," Serge. I've often thought it would be deluxe to hang with you for an afternoon.

Reminds me of the X-Files episode, Paper Clip, from season 3 in which Mulder discovered an underground facility in West Virginia that had medical records and tissue samples of thousands of newborn babies.

I remember that episode well. As the hands of time move forward we sure do see that Hollywood fiction does not remain fiction...
