Completely agree! I bought the discs and also downloaded the DSD file. Fantastic mastering.

It really is great stuff. I feel privileged to hear it on this system. This is well worth the dough in my opinion.

My go to album for uncompressed music - FourPlay - FourPlay.

101 Eastbound is excellent.

I have the original CD, the DVDA and HDTracks.

And the quality is in ascending order.

Wasn't expecting the HDTracks version to better the DVDA. But it did.

It was part of the package when you order online. You can buy just the physical disc or (for a little more cash) add the DSD download. Since the goal was to get the lions share of the funds to the artists I was more than happy to buy both.

Just finished listening to a very impressive recording from yet another small independent label; TRPTRK Home | TRPTK STORE
Recorded and downloadable in DXD 352.8 khz and lower formats.

Absolutely gorgeous cello playing from Maya Fridman.
Great depth and placement, yet more intimate than normal for a classical recording.
Is it because of the DXD recording format or is just good old fashioned engineering that makes this sound so superb? Very very natural, very real, as if being there.
Highly recommended. Home | TRPTK STORE
