Matching MC205 & MC452
I am thinking of getting a MC205 and then later adding a MC452 are the sonic signatures close enough or should I look at a 402?

Doug.......I have not heard the MC205. I have heard the MC402 and own the MC452. Knowing the differences in the sound between the 402 and 452, I would believe the MC205 and the MC402 would be better matched if we are talking about a home theater installation.

For what it's worth, I have a 402 and a 252 and I would consider them to have the same sound. I also have a pair of 501's and would consider them to have a different sound than either of the above mentioned.
I have briefly listened to 601's at the local store, but have not done any serious listening as I don't want to be tempted....  Personally, I would go with the 402....
