I just checked out the ad. Seller looks legit and that price is ~5k off market value at least. Masseto sellers usually ask that (or more).

Well, just be careful. I know I've seen that post before. And as I recall it just suddenly disappeared. Maybe it sold and then fell through.

omodo- Good find. That's the same photo for sure. Now it's mysteriously selling from a Mass location, as opposed to the California one. The price is just too good...?
