Default Oooh diamond mid-woofers!

TIDAL - La Assoluta.

Oh brother, I wonder how much this "game changer" will cost?

I've always wondered how long it would take before someone ventured into this realm. Get out the checkbooks.....Tidals aren't exactly cheap with conventional designs!!

Aren't there inexpensive industrial diamonds versus the expensive cosmetic diamonds?

None of the "diamond" used in drivers is similar to the diamonds used in jewelry. There is a good video on the B&W website about how they are made. The point was that if diamond tweeters are expensive to make (which they are) then a diamond midrange driver will cost as much as a car (which it will). But I'm sure there are plenty of folks out there who can afford it.

Anyone here own TIDAL speakers? I'm seriously considering a pair. Likely the Piano G2. Would love to speak with other owners. The demos...amazing.

I read about the antilog of 5.8 USD.

I know, I'm a tease.
