The fine tuning of the universe.
This video puts things in perspective as to just how finely tuned our universe is and what the odds are of something like that happening randomly.
I’ve never thought of the universe as anything else but an intelligent design. Give it a watch, well worth the few minutes and it should alter your perception of our universe and reconsider the “coincidence” of all life in it. There have been some great books written on the topic as well. https://youtu.be/BljrAME1LLw |

When one realizes that our closest planet is beating out a 5 petal orbit based on the Fibonacci sequence (8,13), the same sequence that exists in nature and life in general, one can not consider that a coincidence.
This is the earth-centric view of Venus orbit (as we see it from earth) There are many more.... |

Next time you see an Ice Halo, or 22 and 46 degree halos as they are called, it has been recently discovered they are exactly the mean orbits of Venus and Mercury.... How's that for coincidence?

As time goes by and more and more evidence emerges just how perfect and mathematical the universe is, one of the theories will have to be accepted.
1. Intelligent design ( the universe was created by a superior being/beings) 2. We are living in a simulation. 3. Multiverse (infinite universes existing so the random chance of all of this being perfect is not only probable but expected since infinite combinations will yield every possibility that can ever exist) In this case imagine just how lucky we are! This is like winning the powerball lottery 10 to the power of I don't know what million times in a row? Last edited by PHC1; 03-06-2019 at 01:50 AM. |

Always found John Wheeler's "participatory universe" theory fascinating. https://youtu.be/ttestU-obkw
The observer creates all that has led to that moment of observation. Mind Blown each time... “If you want an observer around, and if you want life, you need heavy elements. To make heavy elements out of hydrogen, you need thermonuclear combustion. To have thermonuclear combustion, you need a time of cooking in a star of several billion years. In order to stretch out several billion years in its time dimension, the universe, according to general relativity, must be several years across in its space dimensions. So why is the universe as big as it is? Because we are here!” |

The universe perfectly created for the sake of the "observer" is precisely what a character in a "computer" simulation would encounter....
Universe built to the beat of the computer code with all the mathematics/code running the script of our "simulated" lives... The universe with the concept of time happening all at once, the beginning, the now, the future, with all the infinite possibilities or the illusion of "free will" is also suspiciously similar to a computer code...
