I'm a little disappointed to find out that it upsamples all the digital inputs EXCEPT USB? I have to do that on the computer. At least I have audirvana, seems to do it and sound great. But weird...

My goal after recovering from the sticker shock of the Sashas is to go with an ARC preamp. I'll probably look for a good used one when the time comes.

The ref5 and ref75 were BORN for the Sasha's....I'm convinced. It's easily the best sound to ever grace this room. I'm going to do that eventually unless I am somehow convinced to get Alexia's and build around them instead.

Nice piece. I like that ARC offers the ability to download firmware updates for the DSPre.
