Nice. I guess a big part of it would be the horns or no horns deal. I have only heard an inexpensive Klipsch horn on a bookshelf in best buy. I thought it sounded great.

Just got a pair of 4312E's and really like them. Still can't figure if I like them better then my 4412's, but they are terrific speakers. And obviously not seen much in the States.
