N-05 is a network streamer, but it loses the SACD transport from the K-05X.

So we’re really comparing 2 different things here. I have the bdp2/bda3 combo. It sounds fantastic. I have no way to compare the esoteric gear.. but if I were in the market I’d give the n-05 a shot
