Default Absolute Sound Bass Article

I saved last months issue of TAS to bring with me on the trip not knowing that the new issue would arrive before I left.

For those of you who missed it, there is a nice article titled Guide to Better Bass. It was on pages 22-35. There are NO startling findings but probably confirms much of what has been written by many of you on this site.

Here is a link.

Good article for those who still need convincing on subs vs large speakers in the room.

Best bass he heard was from Wilson Alexandria X2 v2. I certainly have not heard as many speakers as the author but I was certainly impressed with them. Shockingly good speaker all around

Glad I read it. I'm going to give the phase another look today based on the writers directions to reverse the leads on the speaker. And since my wife is home today, I may be able to convince her to help!!

Correctly positioning your loudspeakers is the single most important thing you can do to achieve better bass

He may be on to something here.
