Bryston 10B crossover on the way!
James Tanner has been kind enough to send me their 10B Crossover for review...
For those of you that have been considering bi-amping your speakers, this product is legendary, though it has always stayed under the radar. We hope to change this shortly. Really excited about putting this one through it's paces! Stay tuned.

Jeff.......I own and use the Bryston 10B Sub, the balanced version. I am totally satisfied with it's performance, silence, transparency, dynamics, and ease of use. I have owned several active crossovers through the years, and the 10B Sub is the cream of the crop. Bryston manufactures a fantastic active crossover. Looking forward to your review.

It will be interesting to hear what you think. I have four of the LR pro's with extra boards set in mono mode. I have compared them to Ashly, dbx, Marchand, Krell KBX, Infinity, NHT, and Pass Labs along with a few digital units. I sent two of my 10 year old Bryston's back to the factory to be sure they were still in spec. They were. Tells me how well they are built. The Pass Labs are good to but the Bryston is by far and away the value leader. I prefer to keep the crossovers in the analog world. I think the digital units take the output of a great DAC and run it through an ok DAC, process it, and run it through an ADC. I don't think it sounds as good to me. The one thing I haven't tried is the 10B pro compared to the JL subs internal crossover system. Anyone tried that?
