Default 2 TV's From Same Direct TV Receiver

Pondering adding a tv set in the bathroom across from the tub using the same Direct TV Receiver in the bedroom (piggyback the signal) and I stumbled across this device on amazon:

Amazon.com: Tripp Lite B136-101 Component Video with Stereo Audio over Cat5 Extender Kit: Electronics

Anyone used or seen this before? My run is maybe only 25-30 feet and I like the fact that I can run this via Cat5 instead of 5 component wires the whole way.
