Thanks and the install is really a super clean one.

My HT is 19 1/2' X 24' .........

I'm sure one of the considerations to sizing is where we are located and how Hot it gets in the summer.
Plus how long is Summer for us in different locations.
Here Summer months are getting longer as the years go by.

Plus, I told them I wanted to make sure this unit had Reserve Cooling capacity this time around.

I feel sure that this having a 2-Ton Rating is going to get the job done come next Summer.

I will be looking forward to Seeing and Reading about your New HT room.

Terry, that's a nice installation and you have to love it when someone goes a little extra, realizes that white isn't going to work in that room, and has it painted black.

When they come back out to check, maybe you have some favorite movie playing ?

They did get to See & Listen to, (Master & Commander) after they did the install.

Yes, they were like so, "Blow Away".

Plus Shane the Main Mgr. over the HVAC department loved the "tigermachine".
(That's the 2008 Bullitt Mustang)

So I took him in it for lunch that day.

Trust me Shane was like so .............

Blown-Away when I matted it in a rolling low gear and it shifted to 2nd and still Smoking-the-Tires.

That might be one reason Shane and his Master Tech is dropping back by this coming Tuesday.

Jim,

That is true and in my case even changing the main 3-ton existing unit to a even larger unit was really not the solution.

This Samsung split-unit has plenty of reserve at 2-ton for my HT and it's size.

Plus I still have the existing HVAC in that HT if needed in the Hottest days of summer.

A couple of things I like about it are the following.
You don't really see it as it is way up high on the wall and painted flat black.
(No Reflection at all back into the room)
And it has a, (Silent Mode for fan speed) that is as it says, "Silent".
You hear nothing with it in manual that fan mode.

The "tigermachine" took the 1st place trophy this year for the, (Fastest) Bullitt Mustang at the, 2012 Bullitt Nationals in Springfield, MO.
I just returned from that this past Sunday.

Hi Bob,
It took a lot of time to put the Post together.
I had like 130 Pics to go through and edit to get the number down to what is seen here.
I'm very detailed or what some would refer to as being, Anal-Retentive.

Ivan I'm sure has the very Top-End of HT systems in the World.

I think a Post with the right Pics. to show what has taken place is a necessity.
People then can get a real world look at what it took to get something done.
Text just does not do some things justice IMHO.
When you can go in and cover the install from, Present condition, changes taking place and then, Completion it just really shows the complete picture to others.
It also shows others what the complexity of that change was for the end result.
