Thanks Serge for your post. Your test was very interesting. Just one thing, you got a better result with another preamp than XP10, not bad, but not outstanding.

I have a question to some of who owns or has owned tha XA160.5. This amp is for me, the amp that would be the best sinergy with Sasha, as I would like to stay with a Pass amp. So as I have a XA100.5, could anyone describe me the differences that exist between the XA160.5 and the XA100.5 ? It would be very helpful to know if it would be a big step forward.

Yeah, ok, I would probably do an X20 preamp before I declared this system my retirement system.
