Perhaps your dealer should call the factory.

yep, my dealer contacted factory, I contacted with factory. The answer were the same. It is still pretty much secretive and under listening test or development. I am sorry, but who is Mr Bill ? Is that his user name in AA ?

Ok I checked his email again, he didn't write that it is in the development process, but rather "it is kept pretty secretive through The development process". Actually I would love to hear more of the technical behind Opus power cord. But I can wait and I have to delay order one as I have just purchased Purist 25th power cord today after hearing that Opus is still a long way before it hit the shelf. By the way Bill, there is one question your company cannot answer to me . I purchased certified used Reference IC in XLR, But both channels of cables came with collar color coded in red. I gave serial number to customer care personal, The answer was not very convincing at all " Both cables are fine. I believe the serial number was entered wrong in our records. " , they cannot track what went wrong because the serial number seems to be unknown in company's database, come on. sorry for being out of topic. But with MD here, I just have speak out. But as they said as long as they sound fine, just forget about it. Best regards. Toga P.S. I am Transparent Audio fan too Last edited by TOGA; 06-05-2015 at 11:42 PM. |

I'm glad to hear that you were able to get more accurate information on the OPC. With as many orders as we already have in house (we were taking orders in Munich), an order today means September delivery. First deliveries to should be July. |

Can you send me pics of both cables, including the modules with serial number and the connectors? My transparent email is bill@transparentcable.com. Perhaps I can help. Bill |
