TONEAudio now LIVE on Zinio.com
For those of you seeking a better iPad experience with TONEAudio, we are now offering a premium version of the magazine available here at Zinio:
TONEAudio | Subscribe | Zinio Digital Magazines and Books For those of you that are not current Zinio customers, you will need to download the free Zinio app from the App Store to download the magazine from your Zinio library. Even if you don't have an iPad, the Zinio experience offers better navigation than just the standard PDF reader does. This first issue, is just our December issue up on the news stand, but future issues will have additional content and a higher level of interactivity that the standard edition does not. A yearly subscription will be $14.95 (8 issues) and single issues will be $2.99. There will be a few bonus things coming out in our "bookstore" that will also be available a-la carte and we will keep all the pricing very reasonable. Please ignore the "40% off regular cover price", we just couldn't convince Zinio to not use this copy. As there is no print version of TONEAudio, it's kind of irrelevant. So, we will not be abandoning the issue of TONEAudio that has always been no charge, but we hope that you will enjoy the upgrade enough that some of you will become paid subscribers. And, starting with the Feb. issue, the premium version will be released first and the free issue about a week later. I thank you in advance for your support as we start the new year with this new version of our magazine. I hope you enjoy it, especially the iPad users. And, for the Galaxy/Droid tablet owners, the folks at Zinio have told us that an app is going to be released very soon. They were pretty quick with releasing an iPad version last year, so I wouldn't be surprised if this happens in the next month or so. |

The Zinio version has a blue tint to every page. I have both the PDF and Zinio version to compare. Otherwise the versions are the same.

We just contacted Zinio and they are having this problem with some of their titles.
It is supposed to be fixed within 24 hours. Never a dull moment in the wacky world of publishing! In a day, you should be able to re-download and everything will be fine. I wish they would have told us this today! We would have waited to announce the download until Wed or Thurs. Thanks in advance for your patience.... |

They are promising ASAP there. I'm hoping an announcement after CES. I'll announce here as soon as it is available. I've got one of those too, so can't wait!
