Sad to say but in the end I will be happyl that one of my two PPPs came today via Fedex. It was dead on arrival. It would not fire up: so I called PS Audio Customer Service Tech support and they are sending me a new one ASAP. Tech Support also walked me through the troubleshooting process and we could not get it to fire up. The PS Audio People were very friendly on the phone and I decided that I would not hold their malfunction against them. So I have a second PPP coming tomorrow. I hope I won't have the same problem twice: but if I do, I know the PS Audio People will do everything to make it right. Not happy yet; but I am sure I will be soon enough.

My first PPP unit was bogus too. It would not output 120 Volts, rather it was like fluctuating between 110 to 115 volts. Was replaced w/o issue.
