Could one of the seniors here clarify the following connections as "correct" or suggest a better connectivity option please ?

1) Terminator DAC's "Balanced OUT" to "Balanced IN" of the C2850.
2) C2850's "Line OUT" to "Line IN" of the "A48"
3) Aries G1 Streamer's "USB OUT" to "USB IN" of the DAC Terminator
4) Aries G1 Streamer's "Coax OUT" to "Coax IN" of the Terminator
5) CD Players "Coax OUT" to "Coax IN" of the Terminator
6) CD Players "Line OUT" to "Line IN" of the C2850

I am targeting to achieve best SQ : with the above - I can play my CD through DAC as well as direct through the C2850

I can Stream through USB connection to the DAC.

I do NOT have "XLR" cable to connect the "pre-amp c2850" to "A48 power amp" - (this will be ideal - is this correct ? I need to get one Tyr 2 XLR for this.....I do have the Tyr2 RCA's though.....all speaker and inter connects are Tyr2.

If a better connection option is possible - please do let me know.....

1) Terminator DAC's "Balanced OUT" to "CD-Bal IN" of the C2850: OK
2) C2850's "Line OUT" to "Line IN" of the "A48: works, but I'd recommend C2850's "Balanced OUT" to "Balanced IN" of the "A48
3) 4) Aries G1 Streamer:
the "Coax Out" and "AES Out" can handle sample rates up to 192kHz
the "Toslink Out" can only handle sample rates up to 96kHz
only the "USB Out" can handle higher sample rates up to 384kHz PCM plus DSD
The Aries G1 Streamer does not have Dual AES Out.
5) 6) CD Player:
for CD signals (sample rate 44.1kHz) you can basically use any available digital output (Coax, Toslink, AES)
if available use CD Player's "Balanced Out" to "Bal In" of the C2850.

If you are using Accuphase Balanced Ins and Outs check the polarity: Accuphase default is pin 2 cold, pin 3 hot, whereas everywhere else it's pin 2 hot pin 3 cold. Accuphase for some time now provides switches to change the polarity.

What would be a good accuphase unit to add - to A48 & C2850 ? DG58 or a T1200 ? I dont have much SACD nor do I listen much to CD's ....so not looking at DP560 or 750....

The DG58 - how often do you guys actually use it to manage / manipulate and control the output ?

I am currently using c2150 with A75. In the future when fund is ready, would like to upgrade.

Want to get the opinion of c2850 vs c3850. The price difference between these 2 is quite a lot at my country. What is the improvement of c3850 over 2850?
