Thanks again , saturday night was fabulous.

Yes I found you were right replacing the Heresy with the Devore, they mate better with the Appetite; we didn't listen seriously but it seemed to be very interesting.

I love all the levels of your house; it's like Beverly Hills, the most you climb on the hill (beautifuler are the properties) , better is the sounding system.

Heartly congrats, mon ami.

Merci Jean Marc !
Yes the roses you brought with Vivianne are splendid !

I have decided to keep the APETITE finally. Listened to this system today and it is magic.

Two questions Jerome...

Just curious how you attached the pillows in your attic room...I really like what you did.

And on your Wilson's I noticed that you are using all of the spacers on the spikes. Did you do this for sound, or just to raise them above the carpet?

And how impossible was it to get those monsters up there??

I am very happy with the acoustic result. Dan studied my room and made me drawings to use standard acoustic panels but I found the pillows more fun to do.

Thanks Junker!
Here are the answers to your questions :

-Simple nails ! 4 for each pillow.
- Using all the spacers give a cleaner, tighter bass in my room. I'm very happy like that.
Wladek, the boss of Pro Audio Bono send me his special bearing big feet to try under them, I will report that.
- it was tough for sure : my wonderful friend Jean Marc and me climbed 2 floors with them. You can see how dedicated is my dealer : he wanted to set up a pair of Alexias to try in my room and let them here for a few days !

Cheers,

You have some VERY nice friends!!!

Are they about 75Kg each?! I would literally cry if I fell down the stairs with new Wilsons...

I would have to think the built-in spikes would provide great acoustical isolation. Very curious about these new wheels.

Yes, but they separate in 50 kgs for the Puppy and 25 kgs for the Watt.
50 kgs is not so tough at 2 persons : the problem is that the Puppy is rather short so we are closer to each one. More strong on the back. My EB1i were also 50 kgs but much taller : easier. I even took them down alone for 1 level once !
