Recently picked up six of the CBF's and have been experimenting with them in different locations. I thought that my audio and video was decent and couldn't get much better...I was wrong!.
System has never sounded better and the TV picture has improved to a point I didn't think was possible. Best bang for the buck tweak that I have ever tried!!!...

I am also a user of Alan Maher's filters.
Alan Maher's Reference II filters (2ea)... Alan Maher's Reference III filter (1ea)... Just installed on 1-7-2010...Still breaking in. But sounds great. Alan Maher's Infinity CBF filter on Main Wire bundle inside the service panel prior to the main breaker ... I also have four of Alan's Signature CBF's on order. The Signature CBF is a enhanced version of the Infinity CBF. More details on the Facebook site. Here is Alan's Facebook page. He gives larger discounts and special products not found at his website. Sign up at Facebook and get on his "Friends List" and you get his best discounts. The Infinity CBF is always $25.00, but some times he offers "buy 4 and get 1 Free". Alan Maher | Facebook My circuit breaker panel below(100 amp panel). Note, whoever wired the panel brought in three large red wires and a single large black one. Then they slopped some Green,White and Black tape on the main feeds. Just to pass inspection. Alan Maher's Infinity CBF filter on Main Wire bundle inside the service panel prior to the main breaker ... This is the best location for the biggest sonic improvement. Another installation of the Alan Maher Infinity CBF on a main wire bundle.

Have been really enjoying the CBF's and have ordered more!...
Recently picked up six of the CBF's and have been experimenting with them in different locations. I thought that my audio and video was decent and couldn't get much better...I was wrong!. All Audio is powered off of a Synergistic Research PowerCell 10SE. All Video is powered off of a PS Audio Premier Power Plant. Had a 3D soundstage before the CBF's...now it is fully enveloped on some songs. Overall dynamics definition has increased becoming absolutely DISTINCT. Video-non HD channels look like HD and HD channels look like Blu-Ray now. System has never sounded better and the TV picture has improved to a point I didn't think was possible. Best bang for the buck tweak that I have ever tried!!!. |
