Basic Lighting Kit Experiment

Decided to play with off camera lighting a few weeks ago.

Picked up a cheap light umbrella kit and radio triggers from Cowboy Studios.

For the price, i don't think i could ask for a better starter kit.

Has anyone else played around with off camera lighting?

I really like those shots. I have barely scratched the surface with off-camera flash, but it is clearly a game changer for adding emotional content to a shot. Hopefully, PumaCat will comment on this thread. He has a real gift for using light.
