Dave - while I agree with WY's stance in spirit, if the Feds decide to come in we know who would win. But, don't think we have to worry despite all the craziness on both sides of the issue.
More and more states are passing such laws protecting their citizens against federal seizure of their citizens' guns, that violates the 2nd amendment -- in this case, it is a matter of the 10th amendment (state's rights), so I am not so sure about the feds taking priority unless martial law is declared and that is an entirely different matter. Of course, Holder is going to take each state that passes such a law to court, but just because Holder (if he is still out of jail or is still the AG) does not mean that he is right except in his own mind and those of his ilk -- ultimately, it will be up to the supreme court.

Photo of my new Nighthawk Dominator. Smooth action and a joy to shoot.

I've got a Kimber Target II in 38 Super. It shoots damn nice for a factory out-of-the-box pistol. I usually shoot it hand held at 50 feet and its not a problem dumping five into an inch at that distance.
