Listening with the meter lights off

I enjoyed a nice few hours in the studio this evening, lights dimmed, meter lights turned off on the preamp and amplifiers. Very pleasant listening session.

Anthony.......It is so easy to drift away into the music when the lights are low. Sometime I get too relaxed and find myself waking up from a nice nap.

Many Japanese components have music direct buttons. I wish McIntish has similar thing to easily switch between showing off mode and meditation mode

I usually listen all of the time with the meter lights off. I often wish I could turn off the McIntosh logo lights also to get a really dark room.
