So we were in a restaurant in St.Martin and what do they bring out to offer us as one of fish entrees? A Queen Trigger..... $400 One of the largest specimens I've seen. Much to my displeasure 2 of my friends actually ate it...

Someone would pay $400 for fish!!!!

I think I would rather pay $40, buy a $200 bottle of wine, and pocket the rest.

For me, that would be like eating a dog or cat. Triggers are special fish. I have owned several (including a Queen) and encountered many while snorkeling. They are always the highlight of my tank and my experience under water.

Very inquisitive and friendly, many will feed from you directly and will let you pet them.
