Burning in a GS150
Been burning the unit in over the last 5 days, straight out of the box this amp is an amazing amp. Although I'm only at the starting stages, already you can start to hear the depth increasing. I replaced my REF 75SE which was only returned after the upgrade about 2 1/2 months ago with the GS150.
Previously, I thought that it couldn't get much better than the REF 75SE, until I stopped by my local dealer and he had the GS150. While the speakers he had it hooked up to are not a favorite of mine, I could immediately hear something special from this amp. I ordered it on the spot. This amp is the finest tube amp I've ever had in my system. Soundstaging is everything for which tubes are noted with all the speed and detail that the best solid state provides. Two of my buddies heard it and one went down a day later and ordered one while the other is going this week to audition it with his speakers. I'm not a big fan of the styling but when comparing it to a REF 150SE the GS150 does offer a faster more detailed sound. Plus for me at least the biasing is much more user friendly.

Congrats on your new GS150 Tommy! A great amp. Heard it drive a pair of Wilson XLFs earlier this year - very impressive! Very musical and with the ability to get a strong bottom end on the WAs.
