PSUs do look exactly similar in both models but it's difficult to identify individual resistor etc, transformers are similar types and sizes.

Btw, I agree modding REF10 over 40. Unique model vs regular series. Anyway any modded unit is no longer original, what would be the point of modding if otherwise...

Hmmmmmm.....Tellurium Q cables I would rather use car battery jump leads!

Re the 40, A dilemma for sure, retain the factory build originality or incrementally improve on those factory componants ( most if not all gear being built to a componant cost/RRP economy of scale)

I will try to take a photo next time.
It is really nicely done. I just doubt how it will sound like.
All caps are said to be of same value but better spec.
