Crossover has been replaced. As for the cabinet damage, thinking about putting one of those bullet hole decals over the gouge fed ex left.

Right now I have them sitting on two plastic toys bins I borrowed from the kids. Hardly ideal at only 8" of lift, but better than floor placement. I've ordered custom welded stands and they should be here next week. I went with the shorter 14" stands because I like the look better and because my listening chair is low slung. Should be about right.

But even sitting on plastic toy bins, the sound is all that I'd hoped t would be. I'm thrilled with the sound. It's nothing short of spectacular. Very, very happy I pulled the trigger on these. These are the IB2S model.

good to hear its all working out for you jax and sounding mighty fine too by the sounds of it.

I have personally found the PMC reference level offerings to be in another league compared to other high end offerings i looked at. In short they are a true no BS, no snake oil pro quality monitor that will rock da house in no uncertain terms.

be sure to feed them with lots of power because they need it
