Image1520893299.239289.jpgThis is all I need from Apple store. Simply plug it in and transfer all pictures to my iPhone, then all my picture will be in iCloud in high resolution. I can pick or choose which one I want to keep.
I currently have a 256Gb iPhone and I a 2TB iCloud account

I have a PC at work and it does not have iTunes loaded on it. All I have to do is connect my iPhone with a standard lightning/usb cable. Prior to doing so, I unlock my iPhone or it won’t work. My iPhone asks if I trust the computer and I click yes on the iPhone, it then shows up on the PC as an external connected drive . I click on that drive and see folders where the pictures are stored. Simply drag and drop as W9TR stated. No app needed or special program.

Downloading (uploading?) From iPhone/iPad?

You could use Google Photos for that. There is a Google Photos App for your Android phone. You use that app to load all of the photos/videos from your phone to Google Photos. Then with your Mac go to Google Photos and access them. You do need a Google account to do all this. PS. You can set it up so whenever you take a photo it is automatically stored both in your phone and in Google Photos. Last edited by nicoff; 03-13-2018 at 10:26 AM. |

Here is the easiest way and it will download all your picture automatically. Sign up in iCloud to have all your picture backed up in the cloud. No matter what computer your on you will be able to see all your pictures .

He said he was an Android user. So iCloud (an Apple feature) does not work. |
