Default New Rack And Platforms

Picked up a Quadraspire Q4 EVO and some Mapleshade Platforms/Isoblocks. I'm really impressed with the quality of workmanship that went into the Platforms, top notch. Love the contrast of the rack/platforms/gear. I'm noticing more deeper bass, a little tighter midrange. It definitely looks totally different/nicer than the previous rack. Let me know what ya think.

Looks great. I love Mapleshade's platforms. I have a four shelf Samson V.3 for the two channel, a five shelf Samson V.2 for the HT, two 4" speaker plinths, and two 2" speaker plinths, all in Rosewood. I also use their Micropoint brass footers under most of the electronics.

Enjoy your system. Looking at it is almost as much fun as listening to it.

I was thinking about a Samson, but the shipping was ridiculous.

Thanks. What I'm getting so far is alittle bit deeper bass, more midrange detail, maybe alittle bit more soundstage depth.

I know, but its worth it. I am a little further west so it probably was a few more dollars for me. Just don't ship overnight air.

That put a smile on my face I very much believe in good isolation, and I agree Mapleshade build some wonderful products. They also seem like good guys to deal with. You never hear any negative feedback. Your system is looking great. Thanks for posting photos

Thanks. I believe the maple is giving me a different/better sound than the granite I had at one time, definitely looks alot cooler.
