Depending on the timing, I don't think I would wait for the 7005.2. I only need two HDMI inputs, one for the Direct TV tuner and possibly one if I ever decide to get a Blue-Ray player.

Yeah the AV/MM800x's are getting blown out right now - I've recommended this combo on several occasions. I wonder what the 5ch and 2ch amps will look like...

I like the AV8003, but I hate the remote. Good thing there are actual buttons on behind the panel.
