Almost new member
I've been a member for about 9 months, originally signing up to research opinions on equipment as a result of an internet search, but since have enjoyed the site immensely. Amazingly in all this time I never noticed this thread until today. So here's my official intro: I'm a music lover and electronics and audio hobbyist living in the Cascade foothills in Washington, and have been tweaking and upgrading stereo systems since the 70's. I love the hobby, am botha vinyl and digital-done-right enthusiast, and so far this is the best forum I've found for intelligent discussion and opinion.
