The D'Agostino upgraded S250 and M400 amplifiers are outstanding. I upgraded my S200 to a S250 a little over a year ago and the difference was not subtle.
Also, I recently had the opportunity to listen to a pair of Magico M3s driven by the S250. Turned out to be a magical combination.
