Well the Fathom f112v2 has arrived and I'm happy to report that it works hooking up both the Balanced and RCA Inputs at the same time. Of course you can only use one at a time. Who would use both at the same time anyway? One going to the McIntosh C47 and the other going to the Marantz 8801AV Home Theater Processor. As soon as I have it dialed in I'll give my review. But right off the bat it is pretty sweet. It blows away the M&K MX200 sub I was using. Which back in its day was pretty good.
