i am seriously considering purchasing confidence platinum C4. currently using contour s5.4 for about 3 and half years with MBL 9007 stereo, mono then now 9008A MONO. cables are cardas (and wireworld on Digital side parlalely on a red book CD only configuration). mean while tried wilson WP sasha silk done( liked it a lot powered by ayre MXR), but wilson sophia didn't liked it at all( powered by pass lab, with lamm, and shindo pree separately). sonos faber floor stander the big one which have strings as a speaker grill and large crome plated speaker byamping wire terminal bay also couldnt buy my taste. in contrast i liked Arial acoustics bug floor stander, Dynaudio shapphire with gryphon colosseum blow my mind away and cables are all siltech Royal signature serious prince, princess and ruby hill2. so i decided to go for dynode confidence platinum c4. But the delar ask me to listen PMC MB2, and you tube vids of pmc just made me confused. now waiting for a real time demo. but dynode"s narrow room filling soundstage buy my taste very strongly. my room is a 24' long with 13'wide. so, i think removing dyadic from the list is a hard task. who have dyne in the list likely they can't chose anything else. the high is very soothing and lows are present when the recording demands most. its not a dynamic speaker, its not pushes you ... agitation is not in dynode"s carecter, rather it will spell you to return to next days music session .. strongly.
