I put the DAC up on top. Maybe it will not look too odd
.... if the side panels were not there than it would be perfect fit. I tried removing the panels but the sides were just unfinished metal (as expected) and looked a whole lot worse.
Yea, it looks a ton better with the Teac down with the Mc. The ventilation holes and heat sinks are wide open (the Teac is not even close to them) so I don't believe there will be an issue.
