My Magnepan's are sounding great with the MC207 powering them... if they could talk they would say its good to be home
. I have been trying to push them a bit to check for any funny vibration noises and so far everything sounds perfect, the DAP repair I found on the internet works. The power guard has never come on even at 80 on the pre amp. The fuses on the magnepan's have not blown either, something that would sometimes happen in the past when I pushed the volume up using my Citation amp. Yesterday I watched the blu ray movie U571, which is a WWII movie with lots of great surround sound effects the sound was terrific and realistic sounding. 2 channel stereo is a special treat with the maggies as well. The only complaint I have is that the speakers are so big that when I look at the screen my eyes sometimes want to wonder over to the speakers which is distracting. The cure is to turn the lights off in the room.
