I finally had the chance over the Thanksgiving holiday to finalize setting up the XRT29s. Getting them to sound good in my room was significantly more challenging then I expected it to be. Getting the subs perfectly blended in with them took some work also, however I have to say that having the JL CR-1 crossover made it much easier then it would have been without it! 
I will write a longer post soon with listening impressions and more about the setup process. In the meantime, here is a pic of the final placement in my room. My LS360s, which I still love, will definitely be missed.
